Great place to stay. The owner is very welcoming and great at recommending things in the area. The motel is an older motel; however, it has been renovated. The rooms are spacious and very clean. My only complaint would be the Clorox smell of the room. I can definitely tell it was thoroughly cleaned which is wonderful but I would try some room freshener or fabric spray to help with the cleaner smell in the room. Overall a great stay and we will be coming back to stay again!

Very clean room and property, the pool was super nice with cold spring water! It was 90 degrees and the cold water felt great, not like warm bath water. Will go back again. We ate dinner at CaffeRel which is a French Italian restaurant, top tier restaurant, excellent. Ate breakfast at Kuntry Kitchen which serves breakfast til around 2:00., very good breakfast food!

The room was so clean, it was perfect for our weekend getaway ! Very peaceful, staff was super friendly! Will be our new go to when we are in Franklin ! Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic. The rooms are clean. The staff is wonderful so nice. Any questions you have they’re happy to answer. They have a nice pool. They have a fire pit in the front that they light around seven in the evening and you can sit around and yak with the other Guest. I will definitely be staying here again.

Our fire team needed a place to stay during a recent deployment, Dave was very accommodating and took great care to ensure our stay was pleasant. The rooms were very comfortable and the cleanest of any motel I have stayed at. I will be coming back with the wife and staying again

We had a wonderful vacation at Carolina Motel! The rooms were very clean, the internet was fast and reliable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to recommend great restaurants and fun activities in the Franklin area. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again!

I stay at this awesome little motel at least once a year. 3 years in a row. It’s a great location with friendly staff. David is great. My latest stay I enjoyed the pool and a quick fire pit to go with the sunset. Give this cute little place a try.
